Sure, you can exercise any day of the week but when was the last time you did it because it was as good for your mental health as it was for your physical health. I ended up starting many of my days with a brisk run around Piedmont Park. It was a run I had done hundreds of times before but these runs help to level-set me for the day. Because of them, I was much more productive and clear-headed in the search for what was meaningful for me.
